You may create an account using OAuth (Google, Microsoft, Facebook, X) or email/password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Acceptable Use

• Use the service only for lawful language learning purposes
• Treat AI tutors and other users with respect
• Do not attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent usage limits
• Do not reverse engineer, scrape, or extract AI model outputs for commercial purposes

5. AI-Generated Content

AI responses are generated by language models and may contain errors. TalkPlus does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content. Always verify important information independently.

6. Billing & Subscriptions

Free tier provides 30 minutes/day. Paid plans (Student: $9.99/mo, Pro: $19.99/mo) offer extended usage. All plans include a 7-day money-back guarantee. You may cancel anytime.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Account page, which permanently removes all your data.

8. Limitation of Liability

TalkPlus is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
